What does this mean for you? The CRC can be reached 24/7/365 for Learjet, Challenger and Global by calling toll free North America 1-866-538-1247 or direct +1-514-855-2999.
With this change comes a revised menu structure with more options to choose from, so we encourage you to please take a moment to listen to all of the options as some of them have changed.
The CRC is available to assist with all of the following:
- In-flight emergencies
- Technical support
- AOG coordination and onsite support requests
- Parts ordering, credits, component repair and overhaul, and more
- Technical publications ordering, subscriptions and online access
- Access to the full complement of Customer Response Team offerings, including: our Customer Response Team aircraft, Customer Response Team trucks, Customer Response Team Express Parts Delivery, and Customer Response Team members for onsite support.
Over the next few months Bombardier will begin phasing out the previous Learjet CRC phone number, so please take the time to update your records.
