Sao Paulo Regional Support Office and Parts Depot
The nerve center of Bombardier’s customer support is based out of our Regional Support Office in Sao Paulo, where local support will be coordinated in conjunction with Bombardier’s Customer Response Centers (CRC).

Key Contacts Onsite
Bombardier will have five Field Service Representatives (FSR) dedicated to providing onsite support to operators flying into Brazil. They will be based at the following locations:
• Rio de Janeiro
• Sao Paulo
• Belo Horizonte
In addition, Bombardier will be deploying its Customer Response Team that will be able to provide onsite maintenance support (EASA and FAA sign-off) if needed.
