This communiqué is being issued to advise that on June 19th, the new Customer Services CIC portal will replace the existing CIC website (www.cic.bombardier.com).
On March 26th, Bombardier introduced the new CIC portal site, accessible via a temporary URL (https://customer.aero.bombardier.com/portal/public/cic). To facilitate the transition for customers to the new site and for quality control purposes, we adopted a phased approach and have been hosting both the old CIC website and the new portal site concurrently. On June 19th, the new portal will replace the old site and will be accessible via www.cic.bombardier.com. We urge all customers to ensure they have received their new login and password before the June 19th deadline since they will not be able to access CIC information without them.
