About Us

Established in 2007, we provide world-class support to our operators in North East Asia; Japan, Taiwan, Korea and the Far East region of CIS. We accomplish this by leveraging our strategic location, our understanding of the cultural diversity, operating environments, and the industry uniqueness specific to these regions.

The Japan RSO will commit to keeping our Operators up-to-date on our latest initiatives by hosting specialized forums, conferences, meetings and training sessions in the office / region throughout the year.

The Japan RSO is currently staffed with an Office Manager, two Area Field Service Representatives (AFSR), a Customer Liaison Pilot (CLP), a Customer Service Account Manager (CSAM), and an Office Administrator.
