Issues accessing iflybombardier.com? – Please read
Clear Cookies, Cache and Browsing History
Internet Explorer 8
1. Select > Tools > Internet Options.
2. Click on the General tab and then Click on the Delete button.
3. Check both Temporary Internet Files and Cookies, uncheck the others, then click Delete.
Internet Explorer 9, 10 and 11
1. Select Tools (via the Gear Icon) > Safety > Delete browsing history.
2. Check both Temporary Internet Files and Cookies then click Delete.
3. You will get a confirmation at the bottom of the window once it has successfully cleared your cache and cookies.
Firefox 4+
1. Click on the Menu icon, click History, then click Clear Recent History.
2. Click on the drop down box to the right of Time range to clear and select Everything. Then, click on Details and check both Cookies and Cache. Click on Clear Now.
Chrome 19+
1. Click on the Menu icon that appears to the right of the address bar, then select Settings from the drop menu.
2. From the menu, select Clear browsing data.
3. Check the following:
-Empty the cache
-Delete cookies and other site and plug-in data
Select the beginning of time in the drop down box and click on the Clear browsing data button.
Password Change or Reset
You can change or reset your password via the My Account menu on the right-hand side. Choose 'Change my password' and follow the guidelines for a secure password. Please note this feature is not available for Bombardier employees.
Online Reset

Why does your site require cookies?
Cookies help us to determine what part of the site is most useful to the customer. It does not give us any detailed information on the user, only which areas of the site are visited most often. It is also a time saver, it downloads part of the information on the site, such as graphics, which allow the site to load faster.

If you don`t see your correct aircraft information when logged into the site, please request an account update.
To update your profile, choose 'My Profile' from the right-hand side menu. You can update your contact information and access profile.

Can I use my existing CIC account from the Business Aircraft portal to log in?
Using your CIC account to log into the Commercial Aircraft iflybombardier portal may result in limited iflybombardier access. Please sign-up for a new account via www.iflybombardier.com.
My profile information has changed (email, telephone, company), how do I update my Profile?
To update your profile, choose 'My Profile' from the right-hand side menu. You can update your contact information and access profile.
I can't get to the Service Bulletins, what could be the problem?
You may be missing correct permissions. Email us at iflybombardier@aero.bombardier.com.

I could view this page before, now I am getting an error message, what do I do?
You could be accessing old data that has been stored in your temporary internet files. Since our site uses cookies, it is best to set your browser to check for new pages every time you open your browser.
Why are the Technical manuals not loading properly?
To view graphics in our technical publications, you will need a CGM Viewer. If you do not have one, you must download the viewer.
I receive error messages when trying to Log In.
The problem may be with your browser setup or your firewall. The Bombardier Commercial Aircraft Customer Portal (iflybombardier.com) works best on a Windows XP platform with Internet Explorer 8.
1. Are you using the latest version of Internet Explorer?
We recommend at least IE 8.
2. Had you logged into any other restricted websites before logging into ours?
Clear your Temporary Internet Files, close your browser and open it again.
3. Are you trying to access the iflybombardier.com Restricted site through Bookmarked pages (favourites)?
Clear your Temporary Internet Files and log back onto the site through: www.iflybombardier.com.
4. Are your security settings set to high?
Change your settings to medium.
5. Do you work for a large corporation and access the Internet through a secure firewall?
Call your company's support desk to see if the iflybombardier.com is accessible from within your company. Try the site from home to find out if the problem is your computer setup at work.
