China RSO: Our Office

About Us

The China RSO was established in 2005, the mission of the RSO is to provide world-class support to our operators in China mainland and Vietnam. We accomplish this by leveraging on our strategic location, our understanding of the cultural diversity, operating environments, and the industry uniqueness specific to these regions.

The China RSO will commits to keeping our Operators up-to-date on our latest initiatives by hosting specialized forums, conferences, meetings and training sessions in the office / region through-out the year.

The China RSO is currently staffed with an Office Manager, 2 Area Field Service Representatives (AFSR), a Customer Liaison Pilot (CLP) and 1 Customer Service Account Manager (CSAM).
