Engineering Drawings
If you do not have access to Online Engineering Drawings, and only require a limited number of drawings, it may be more cost effective to purchase only the ones you require. This can be accomplished via the Price and Offerability (P&O) process. Again, drawings are to be used for reference only. Use of drawings for the manufacture of parts, or for the development of new engineering designs (e.g. STCs) is prohibited.
Upon receipt of your request, Fleet Services will determine the price and availability of the desired drawings and then respond back with a P&O offer (typically within 1 week). Your acceptance of our offer, with the submission of a Purchase Order, will then launch the project the first step of which will be the execution of a Data License Agreement (DLA), followed by delivery of the drawing(s).
To initiate a P&O request for engineering drawings, the following information is required:
- The aircraft model and serial number
- The actual drawing number / title, if known, or if not known, other information which will help direct us to the drawing you require
- The specific reason the drawing(s) is required, and
- Whether you would like to receive the drawing in paper or electronic form
For the Data License Agreement, the following additional information is required (upon acceptance of our P&O offer):
- Full legal name and address of your company
- Name of the individual who will sign the Data License Agreement
- Your company’s Certificate of Insurance
