We’ve made it easier for you to get access to the support from Bombardier you depend on—anytime and anywhere. On Monday, October 20, the Customer Response Centre (CRC) transitioned to a single phone number for CRJ Series and Q-Series aircraft. What does this mean for you?
The CRC can now be reached 24/7/365 by calling:

With this change comes a revised menu structure with more options to choose from, so we encourage you to please take a moment to listen to all of the options as some of them may have changed.
The CRC is available to assist with all of the following:
· Technical support
· AOG coordination
· Parts Services / Customer Account Services / Smart Services
· Parts ordering, credits, component repair and overhaul
· Material Return Authorizations / Customer Owned Repairs
· Technical publications ordering, subscriptions and online access
· Access to the full complement of Customer Response Team offerings, including the structural
repair Mobile Repair Team (MRT) for on-site AOG support
Over the next few months Bombardier will begin phasing out the current phone number, so please take the time to update your records.
